Music launch of latest Marathi film “Mungla” was done by Ashutosh Ghorpade and Sanjeev Naik. The story of the film is based on the problems faced by villagers due to power-cuts and water shortage.
The film is directed by Vijay Devkar and he has also written story-screenplay and dialogues.
Mungla stars Lokesh Gupte in the lead role and Ganesh Yadav, Jyoti Joshi, Suhas Palshikar, Chetan Dalvi in important roles. Supporting cast includes Ram Kadam, Mrunali Jambhle, Mahesh Phalke, Mukesh Jadhav, Bhooshan Ghadi, Deepak Karanjikar, Jarardan Parab, Vaijnath Chugule, Gauri Deshmukh, Savita Hande et al.
The film has three songs; one of them is an item song picturized on Sara Sharavan and Balkrishna Shinde. The music has been composed by Atul Lohar and Vijay Gavande. Lyrics are by Mandar Cholkar. Songs have been sung by Atul Lohar, Vibhavari Satardikar, Adarsh Shinde, Neha Rajpal and Aditya Khandve.
