Few years back, an earthquake shook the entire Maharashtra and demolished an entire village of Killari. A film has been made on this tragedy and its aftermath “3:56 Killari” by director Deepak Bhagwat. The film stars Bollywood star Jackie Shroff and our own Marathi diva Saie Tamhankar in leading roles. Child artiste Gauri Ingawale also has a prominent role in this film.
The film will be releasing on 21 August all over Maharashtra. Jackie plays a role of the church padre who runs an orphanage. Saie will be seen in the role of a teacher in a completely non-glamorous avatar.
Music for this film has been composed by Mahesh Chinar and lyrics are by Chandrashekhar Sanekar. Hariharan and Mahalaxmi Ayyar has sung the songs. The story and screenplay has been written by Deepak BHagwat an Vijay Mishra is the DOP.
