The music launch event of upcoming Marathi film ‘Shentimental’ starring Ashok Saraf’ was staged in a unique way, where the atmosphere of a police station was created. Not just that many individuals who have been working towards the betterment of the society were felicitated by Maharashtra state’s D.J.S.R.P.F respected sir Sandeep Bishnoi, respected madam Kirantai Diliprao Valse Patil & of course one of Maharashtra’s most loved actor Ashok Saraf!
The list of individuals who were felicitated includes Dr. Rajesh Sinha, Dr. Rajgopal Kalani, Ronny George, Jaywant Wadkar, Medha Manjrekar, Sugandha Lonikar, Nitin Vaidya & Dr. Uday Nirgudkar. ‘Shentimental’ is produced by Abhay Jahirabadkar, Samir Patil, Santosh Bodke & Manjusha Bodke through their banner ‘E.C.M.’ Pictures. Samir Patil who previously directed hits like Poshter Boyz & Poshter Girl has directed this film with similar fun approach to the story about police.
The unique songs of ‘Shentimental’ are penned by lyricists Milind Joshi, Dasu Vaidya, Guru Thakur & are composed by Milind Joshi. Popular singers like Avadhoot Gupte, Bela Shende, Shaan, Nihira Joshi Deshpande & Pavni Deshpande. These songs reflect the routine of police in a fun & heartfelt way.
