Asian Film Foundation & P.L. Deshpande Maharashtra Kala Academy jointly organized 14th ‘Third Eye Asian Film Festival’. In this festival Dr. Mohan Agashe felicitated for his performance in film ‘Astu’. Even film Astu had won many awards in recent past. On this occasion while expressing his feeling for film Astu and speaking about film Astu Dr. Mohan Agashe Said, ‘One should learn the language of Cinema in depth very consciously to understand the cinema in better way.’
Third Eye Asian film festival always felicitates those who promote film culture very well. Mr. Dilip Bapat from Baburao Painter film society -Kolhapur is awarded in memory of Late Shri Satyajit Ray for their contribution in film society movement. Mr. Dilip announced that he dedicate this award to his wife and his associates for their love and support.
