This film is based on a story written by popular writer & activist Rajan Khan. The film stars Chinmay Mandlekar, Priyadarshan Jadhav & young actress Preetam Kagne in the lead. ‘Sangharsh yatra’ starring Sharad Kelkar & Shruti Marathe is finally set to release in theatres on 14^th April. Directed by young director Sakar Raut ‘Sangharshyatra’ is conceptualized & produced by ‘Om Siddhivinayak Motion Pictures’ & ‘BJP Film Union’. The producers are Suryakant Baji, Sandeep Ghuge, Mukund Kulkarni & Raju Baji. The film is written by Viraj Mulye & Vishal Gharge. The film has a ‘Powada’ written by Shahir Moreshwar Meshram & composed by Aniruddha-Akshay. This ‘Powada’ is sung by popular singers Adarsh Shinde & Aniruddha Joshi.

The film was supposed to release previously. But due to some errors it didn’t get the censor certificate. Now after the errors have been rectified ‘Sangharshyatra’ has been granted the censor certificate clarified director Sakar Raut & now it’s set to hit the theatres all over Maharashtra on 14^th April.

Based on a Story written by acclaimed Marathi writer Rajan Khan, “Halal” has traveled from international film festivals to many prestigious state & national film festivals this year. Along with the film the performance of its lead protagonist Pritam Kagne has also been equally appreciated. Pritam also bagged a best actress nomination at Sahyadri Cine Awards 2016.

Halal was directed by national award winner Shivaji Lotan Patil & Shivaji is now bringing us a Hindi film “31st October”. The film stars Vir Das & Soha Ali Khan in lead. Pritam Kagne will also be playing an important role in this film. 31st October deals with happenings post Indira Gandhi’s assassination in 1984.

This film will mark Pritam’s debut in Bollywood. Along with Halal Pritam has also acted two more films before. Navra Majha Bhavra (2013) & a Malayalam film called Mr. Bean!

Pritam revealed about her role, “I’m portraying the role of Dilpreet, who is onscreen sister of Soha Ali Khan and has her own family which belongs to Sikh community. The movie shows that how Sikh families were trapped in the dangerous position during the anti-Sikh riots later the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by her Sikh Bodyguards.”

In Pune International Film Festival (PIFF), Nishant Dhapse got the award for movie ‘Halal’ for best screenplay and dialogues. “This award is a matter of glory for us and a successful attempt to spread gets a better perspective in society”, said Amol Kagane who is the producer of movie ‘Halal’.

The response of audience for ‘Halal’ screening was remarkable. Director Shivaji Lotan Patil, actress Pritam Kagane, story writer Rajan Khan and Producer Amol Kagane were present in the screening.

While attending screening Rajan Khan told this is a story of human pain and director Shivaji Lotan Patil expressed his view that this is a story of trying to change the society from women’s point of view.

‘Sangharshyatra’ is an upcoming biography genre movie based on the life journey of late BJP Leader, Mr. Gopinath Munde. The film is by a young debutant Sakar Raut, Produced by Suryakant Baji, Raju Baji, Sandeep Ghuge and Mukund Kulkarni under the banner of Om Siddhivinayak Motion Pictures.

The film is about The leader who was from a Dalit background. He was a selfless social leader and spokesman for the downtrodden masses of Beed, Maharashtra.

The first look and music of the film was launched in the presence of its cast, crew and celebrities. The Chief Minister Devendra Phadanvis’s wife Amruta Phadanvis is making her debut as a playback singer in the film.

Amruta Phadanvis  said ,” It was my ambition to become a playback singer but I couldn’t make it due to other commitments but when I was offered  this song in the film, it got me all excited and I am happy that I have got this song and I would like to pursue singing rather than composing. ”

BJP MLA Mr. Ashish Shelar said by giving his best wishes for the film that, ” the leader who came from a sugar cane worker farming background built sugar co-operatives and factories, who traveled all the globe and built many educational institutions. We have a lot to learn from his life. The title of the film perfectly suits his life “.

The director revealed that when he conceived the film, it was only Sharad Kelkar  who he thought fitted the best for the title role and hence it was not revealed even in the first look. The make-up artist Pradeep Premgirikar, who made great efforts on the looks of Sharad Kelkar which made Sharad look exactly as Gopinath Munde.

Sharad Kelkar had said, ” I didn’t want to take up the role because I was circumspect that, whether I would match the part but the director Sakar Raut was very persistent. I made him chase around for a month and when make-up artist Pradeep worked on my look,  I gained a little bit more confidence and gave my nod for the role. ”

The film is written by Viraj  Muley and Vijay Gharge including the screen play and story. The rest of the cast includes: Girish Pardesi, Shruti Marathe, Omkar Karve, Deepti Bhagwat, and Preetam Kangne.

The ballads by Moreshwar Meshram Shahir have been composed by Anirudh Akshay and have been sung by Adarsh Shinde and Anirudh Joshi. The song sung by Amruta Phadnvis is composed by Srirang Urhekar and lyrics by Mandar Chowlkar. The DOP is Sanish Jayraj and editing is by Anant Kamath.

The film is likely to be a great inspiration realising on 11th December 2015.
