Well known Marathi film and stage director Deepak Kadam’s upcoming comedy ‘Indian Premacha Lafda’ aka ‘IPL’ will soon be playing out at the theatres near you. On Monday, national award winning singer Bela Shende recorded a peppy item song for the film in Mumbai.
Interacting with the media after her recording, Bela said, “I found the film’s title very interesting as it sounds different and exciting. Abhijeet Kulkarni’s lyrics and Ashish Donald’s music are outstanding and the song is very peppy. I simply enjoyed recording the track and I am sure the audience will love listening to it.”
“IPL has a stellar star cast along with a very talented director Deepak Kadam,” she added.
IPL toplines Marathi film industry’s superstar Swapnil Joshi and is produced by Mustaq Ali. It is a light hearted rom-com that will have you rolling on the floor with laughter.
