Suchita Shabbir will be directing this film and it is produced under the banner of Shree Dhanlaxmi Production Pvt. Ltd and Pankaj Gupta.
The story is written by Suchita Shabbir and screenplay is by Kiran Kulkarni and Pallavi Karkera. Dialogues are by Rahul More. Lyrics are by Madhuri Ashirghade, Valay Mukgund. Music is composed by Pankaj Padghan. DoP is Suresh Deshmane and editing is by Rajesh Rao.
