Many talented artists from Hindi cinema are these days seen working in Marathi. From big names like Priyanka Chopra, Ajay Devgan too excellent artists like Naseeruddin Shah, Huma Qureshi, Tisca Chopra all have been seen in Marathi films. Now there’s a new addition to this list of artists. The gifted actor KK Menon will soon be seen in a Marathi film ‘Ek Sangaychay’ directed by actor turned director Lokesh Gupte.
‘Ek Sangaychay..Unsaid Harmony’ is a film that talks about the necessity of dialogue between parents & children & also focuses on the life threatening race to succeed that the kids today have to participate in. Lokesh Gupte has himself the written the film & feels the film needed a gifted actor like KK Menon.
KK Menon says he is familiar with Marathi films & Marathi language. He has been living in Mumbai for years & understands the language & now for his preparations for this film he would learn to speak Marathi as well. The shooting of the film begin recently on 9th March & the film has scheduled a Dassera release later this year on 18th October.
