Rama-Madhav, the landmark Marathi period drama is all set to release on November 30th in Hoyts Xtrem theatre in Auckland city, New Zealand. Rama-Madhav is the first Marathi film which has got the honour of being released in New Zealand.
The audience got the opportunity to experience the golden era of Peshwai through Rama-Madhav which was presented by Producer Bhupat Bodar’s Shivam-Jemin Enterprise Pvt.Ltd. and directed by Mrinal Kulkarni. Rama-Madhav has won the hearts of the audience from Maharashtra as well as audience from the Western countries like England and America.
In the film, Nanasaheb Peshwa and Gopikabai are portrayed by Ravindra Mankani and Mrinal Kulkarni. The role of cunning Raghobadada is played by Prasad Oak and the role of intelligent and beautiful Anandibai is played by Sonali Kulkarni. The newcomer duo Alok Rajwade and Parna Pethe are playing the leading pair in the film. Dr.Amol Kolhe has essayed the role of Sadashivrao bhau and Shruti Marathe has portrayed the role of Parvati bai.
