Ravi Jadhav directorial ‘Nude’ (Chitra) is an highly awaited Marathi film releasing on 27th April. Ever since the film was announced a few years back the audiences have been eagerly awaiting this film. This trailer perfectly gives us glimpses of the film in parts without revealing too much about it.
There was a pleasant surprise at the start of the trailer itself when we saw senior Hindi actor Nasseruddin Shah in the role of a painter who talks about his philosophy of art! One that seeks for ‘soul’ instead of body! That could also be considered as the basic theme of this socially relevant story.
The two prominent characters of the film played by Chhaya Kadam & Kalyanee Mulye play nude artists & the trailer suggests us that they are proud of their work which also makes them independent & gives them the strength to fight against the society! The film has been written by popular filmmaker & writer Sachin Kundalkar & we are excited to see how will the story of the film has shaped up & how it will make a connection with the audiences.
