Synopsis : Every girl dreams about staying with her parents after marriage. This dream is coming true for our protagonist Sakhi Upasane Kurtadkar. She and her husband Kunal kurtadkar are shifting to Sakhi’s parent’s house in nasik. All her dreams come crashing down when her parents give more importance to her husband and she gets ignored. Her parents try fulfill all her husband’s wishes and treat him like a king. While the husband enjoys the hospitality and love and care showered upon him, Sakhi feels left out in her own house. The show story line is an interesting and comic take on how girls have to adjust in whichever house they go.

Umesh Kamat & Spruha Joshi starrer ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ is a hugely popular Marathi play of recent times. It recently completed it’s 275^th Show. After that show both Umesh & Spruha revealed through Facebook Live that Spruha would no longer be a part of the play & Swanandi Tikekar (of Dil Dosti Duniyadari Fame) will be playing her part.

Spruha Joshi revealed that because of her other professional commitments she had to leave this play yet she also said that since the subject of this play is very important & the audiences too are responding well, it won’t be right to stop performing it & hence Swanandi would take the baton from her! She also believes the audiences would willingly accept Swanandi in the play.

Along with Zee Marathi’s Dil Dosti Duniyadari & Dil Dosti Dobara Swanandi Tikekar has also made her mark in Marathi theatre through her play ‘103’ alongside Sumeet Raghavan. ‘Don’t Worry be Happy’ is play that deals with modern day stress & how it affects the lives of married couples.

‘Dil Dosti Duniyadari’ changed the whole equation of Marathi entertainment on T.V. A serial that glorified the youth culture & the beautiful relation of friendship is soon making a comeback with season 2. This time it has been titled ‘Dil Dosti Dobara’ & it will be telecasted from 18^th Feb at 10.30 pm Monday to Saturday on Zee Marathi.

The plot of ‘Dil Dosti Dobara’ is not set in the previous ‘Majghar’, where Ashu, Sujay, Kaivalya, Minal, Reshma& Ana lived together & had enormous fun. Instead ‘Dild osti Dobara’ is designed in a new setting called ‘Khayali Pulav Restaurant’. Yes these six wonders of the world will be united through this restaurant. Their characters are now newly named as Sahil, Gaurav, Papya, Mukta, Anandi & Pari. So how exactly do they meet? Are they really running a restaurant together? If yes how? All these queries will soon be answered as the season begins. 

On 18^th Feb all these characters will be introduced to us through the flashback stories of their childhood! And then on a special episode scheduled on Sunday 19^th Feb at 1 pm & 6 pm the story will actually kick start.

This new season ‘Dil Dosti Dobara’ is produced by Santosh Kanekar under the banner ‘Atharva Theatres & Arts’ & is directed by Adwait Dadarkar & Swapnil Murkar. The story & screenplay is written by Sudeep Modak & Abhishek Khankar. The super talented Samir Saptiskar has composed a rocking title track for the serial. Along with the crowd favorites Amey Wagh, Suvrat Joshi, Pushkaraj Chirputkar, Pooja Thombre, Sakhi Gokhale & Swanandi Tikekar ‘Dil Dosti Dobara’ will also star few other actors.

Around 2 Years ago a milestone 3D revolution started on Zee Marathi! ‘Dil Dosti Duniyadari’ changed the whole face of Marathi entertainment. A team of three boys & three girls living together in one flat entertained us through many epic fun-filled episodes. It ended in February 2016 & the audience couldn’t stop missing them almost every day.

Soon the news came out that they all these ‘Mazghar’ residents will be back! And now they are! In a brand new serial titled ‘Dil Dosti Dobara’. This series is directed by Advait Dadarkar. The first teaser of this serial went viral in which we can see Suvrat Joshi & Pushkraj Chirputkar taking order in a restaurant! So is it a different story now? Are these different characters now? We have to wait to know all that.

Sanjay Jadhav’s ‘Dil Dosti Duniyadari’, Zee Marathi’s popular serial is coming to an end.  Is that rumor?  Every fan of this serial is now in confusion.  Audience can’t even think of this because Aashu, Kaivalya, Sujay, Ana, Meenal and Reshma entertain them with their lovely performances in 3D.  This news is not rumor, it’s true.  Hold on! Dil Dosti Duniyadari recently celebrated a rock concert at Ganesh Kala Krida Rangmanch in Pune. The concert was well attended by College-goers as the entire star cast of the show was present. Juili Joglekar and her Agamya Band performed along with actors playing roles of Reshma, Sujay, Meenal, Ashutosh, Kaivalya, and Anna.

The event was hosted by Ashutosh (Pushkar Chirputkar), Amey Wagh (Kaivalya) played Yaaron Dostee Badi Hansee hai. Swanandi Tikekar (Meenal) performed Ab Ke Saawan Aise Barse and Suvrat Joshi (Sujay) performed Dooba Doob Rahta Hoon. The climax of the evening was dance performances by all the six friends on Pattakha Guddi and Pura London Thumakda.

Zee TV plans to take this rock concert in various cities as a promotional tour for the show.
