Bedhadak is an upcoming Marathi film that presents a completely new genre of sports movies in Marathi cinema. The new song ‘Damchak’ introduces us to the hero of the film who is shown going through the struggles and the hard works a competitive boxer would go through! The actor Girish Taware seems to be perfect for the part and so does Ashok Samarth who plays his trainer.
This hardcore training song makes us feel we as Marathi audiences now have our very own Rocky! The famous film character of boxer ‘Rocky Balboa’! It would be interesting to see how ‘Bedhadak’ presents boxing in the film.
