Marvel has ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’, Bollywood has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Super Cop Cinematic Universe’ but now Marathi cinema too has it’s own cinematic universe which is even more special as unlike these other universe our Marathi universe isn’t all imaginary and fantasized! Our heroes lived in the real world & did many many brave deeds in the real world!
‘Swarajya Cinematic Universe’ as we are calling it is writer director Digpal Lanjekar’s take on the Maratha history! After the success of ‘Farzand‘ he is back with ‘Fatteshikast‘ where many familiar faces are being seen, some reprising their same characters and some playing new characters! The trailer of ‘Fatteshikast’ is truly goosebumps inducing for all of us!
The starcast of Chinmay Mandlekar, Mrinal Kulkarni, Annup Sonii, Ankit Mohan, Ajay Purkar, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Nikhil Raut, Sameer Dharmadhikari & others seem perfectly casted in their parts. The film hits theatres on 15th of November and promises to be a huge blockbuster that will also entertain the non-Marathi audiences along with the Marathi audiences!
