Actor Mangesh Desai is playing the role of Bhagwan Dada and Vidya Balan essaying the role of Geeta Bali.

The story and screenplay of this movie is written by director Shekhar Sartandel himself and Amol Shetge. Lyrics penned by Rajendra Krishna, Mandar Cholkar and music composed by C Ramchandra, Santosh Mulekar. A costume designed by Aparna Guram & Subarna Ray Chowdhuri, Make-Up Artist is Vidhyadhar Bhatte dance choreographed by Stanley D’costa.
