Prarthana Behere has been on the rise after the success of COFFEE ANI BARACH KAHI. Her most ambitious film ‘MR AND MRS SADACHARI’ is about to release and we got talking to Prarthana about her new film:

Prarthana, tell us more about this film.

It is an official remake of Kannada film Mr and Mrs. Ramachari.  The film is a love story between the characters played by me and Vaibhav Tatwavadi. The film is not only a love story but also a story about the relationship between a father and son played by Vaibhav and Mohan Joshi. Uma Sardeshmukh has played Vaibha’s mother in this film.

How was it like shooting for the film?

It was great and I had the opportunity to work with Vaibhav again after we had done a romantic film like COFFEE ANI BARACH KAHI. He is a dear friend and we have a great chemistry on and off the screen.

What is your character like in this film?

I am a very strong headed girl who shares a different relationship with her family and that is the exciting part of the film.

How was the experience of working with debutant director Ashish Wagh?

Ashish sir has many years of experience with marketing and distribution. Though he had no prior experience of direction, Ashish was very well versed with the craft of direction and he has made a wonderful film.

Where was the film shot?

The film was extensively shot in Kolhapur and Mauritius.

You started as a journalist and now you are a film star? How was the journey like?

Yes. I remember asking questions like you are doing now and I am very nostalgic about my past and now that I am an actress, I am very happy with my profession.

What next?

I have two films coming up which are untitled right now and so I can’t disclose the details yet.

Vijay Andalkar is the new handsome face of Marathi film industry. Recently he worked in 702 Dixit’s movie in lead role and now he is coming in negative role in ‘Mr. & Mrs. Sadachari’. In Mr. & Mrs. Sadachari movie he has played the role of boy who has a background of rich family. He has very well played this role which is having negative shade.

In this movie Vijay have some action sequences with his co-star Vaibbhav Tatwawadi. Shivaji Raj who is the fight master from south has picturized the fight scenes between these two actors.

“We have got to learn a lot while working with Master Shivaji Raj. In the beginning we had some difficulties about understanding each other’s language but then it has been solved”, said Vijay Andalkar.

Without any safety protection fight scenes of Vijay and Vaibbhav has been picturized but in this fight scenes Vijay get injured.

“Nearly 8 days we have completed scene without any dialogues. This type of one side real fight is attempt for the first time in Marathi film industry”, he added.

Dashing, handsome and charming actor Vijay Andalkar will set his mark once again in film industry. Ashish Wagh directed and India Films Studio produced ‘Mr. & Mrs. Sadachari’ releasing on Shivjayanti i.e. on 19^th February all over Maharashtra.

Synopsis:

Mr and Mrs Sadachari– a film starring Vaibbhav Tatwawdi in the lead role will be featuring a scene of Shivaji’s coronation ceremony through a song. This song “Jagdamb” was shot recently at Filmcity in Goregaon.

Vaibhav plays role of a macho man called Shiva in this film and Prarthana Behere will be his leading lady for this film. The Jagdamb song has been composed by Pankaj Padghan and written by Pranit Kulkarni. The song has been sung by Adarsh Shinde and choreographed by Subhash Nakashe. The song features more than 150 dancers along with Dhol Tashe and traditional folk instruments.
