There’s a whole new genre that has been coming into existence in films all around the world, one that is connected with the huge existence of internet & it’s relationship with today’s youth & even elders! ‘Take Care Good Night’ seems to be the first Marathi film in this newly developed genre! Directed by popular writer-actor Girish Joshi, this film has already garnered lots of appreciation in different film festivals.
Starring Sachin Khedekar as the father, Parna Pethe as the daughter, Iravati Harshe as the mother & Adinath Kothare in a surprise role this film seems to question the whole idea of ‘taking care’! Can we really take care of our loved ones when they are in deep trouble? This film is directed by the writer of the recent television thriller ‘Rudram’.
