AS the nation is currently gripped with Bahubali fever, Marathi Television proves no exception. To promote their new serial, Star Pravah is inspited by this fictional character Bahubali from the successful Telugu film. The serial Kulswamini, will be starting from 22 May. The promo features Sangram Salvi lifting a heavy wooden “devhara” just like Bahubali lifted a heavy shivlinga in the first part of this two-part saga.

However, the difference between the two scenes is, in the film Bahubali lifts a shivlinga for worship and in the serial promo Sangram says that this house does not have any place for goddess. Sangram has earlier done a lead role in Star Pravah’s Devayani.

The serial will start from 22 May on Star Pravah from Monday to Saturday at 8 pm.

Dagadabaiche Chaal, a film starring Rajpal Yadav recently released its music in a grand function. The film is produced by Dattatary Bhaguji Hingne, under the banner of Jai Bhole Films Production. Along with direction, Sunil Wailkar has also written the story and screen play for the said film. Dialouges are written by Abhijit Pendharkar.

Lyrics for the film songs are written by Nachiket Jog, whereas, music is given by Kedar Pandit and Ajay-Adwait. First look poster of Nagesh Bhosale directed Panhala was launched by Amol Gupte, Shekhar Suman and Deepti Naval in a star-studded event. The film is produced by Ajana Motion Pictures and stars Makrand Deshpande, Nagesh Bhosale, Sangram Salvi, Samidha Guru and Amruta Sant in lead roles.

The story of the film revolves around Balkrishna, a mentally unstable tourist guide at the historical fort, Panhala. An accident happens in these premises and a thrilling journey. The film also speaks about conservation if historical sites and their importance in today’s life.

The film is written by Arvind Jagtap and Umesh Padalkar. The film releases on 24 July all over Maharashtra.
