Story Outline : A story of three generations – father Tatya, son Vikas and grandson Vihang. Tatya is a practioner of ‘Bharud’ – a profession which his son Vikas has always shunned. This father-son dispute prompted Vikas to leave his family when he was 18-years old. In the current times, Vikas is well settled, married to Revati and has an 18-year old son, Vihang, whose adolescent arrogance and disagreements with Vikas remind him of his arguments with Tatya. One day Vikas’s past appears before him unexpectedly when Vihang accidently meets Tatya and his wife Mai and invites them home. Vikas and his parents face each other after 27 years, and then the story takes a different turn. Revati who was unaware of the existence of her in-laws takes a stand and declares that her in-laws will stay with them. And so, the three generations start living together under one roof. But the journey ahead is not going to be easy for these three temperamental men. Will Tatya’s unexpressed love for his son masked by his stubbornness, Vikas’s guilt and ego along with Vihang’s undefined dreams, break the unspoken barriers and bridge the communication gap?

Lots of youngsters aspire to be actors & in that hope they reach Mumbai! But very few of them manage to make their dreams true. When there are many examples of artists who have struggled and returned home unsuccessfully there is the example of Ajit Sable from Khanapur in Kolhapur, who wholeheartedly believed in his efforts.

His journey is an inspiration for many. With his obsession for acting, Ajit came to Mumbai. He did not know anybody in Mumbai. Initially, he did whatever work that came his way. It was necessary to hold on in Mumbai. After getting sufficient experience in plays, television and movies, he is now ready to show his directorial skills.

Ajit has written and directed  ‘Dhwaj Creation’ produced film ‘Fandi’. The shooting of ‘Fandi’ was done in taluka Aajra of Kolhapur and at Chitranagri in Mumbai. Coming to Mumbai, working on a tea-cart and at the same time dreaming of directing his own film is today a reality. The movie is releasing on the 20^th July.

Sayali Shashikant Patankar is the presenter of the film, Rajesh Kharkar, Sayali Patankar and Mahendra Somase. Arun Nalawade, Bhushan Ghadi, Nitin Anand Bodare, Sandeep Juwatkar, Vishal  Sawant, Amol Desai, Baba Karde, Satish Hande, Phiroze Fakir, Bhagyashri Shinde, Sneha Sonawane, Sugandha Sawant, Chanda Jamble are the actors in this film.

We are used to watching the ‘smoking & drinking alcohol is injurious to health’ notices in films. But filming such scenes are really difficult & the actors performing them are genuinely tested. Upcoming Marathi film ‘Dry Day’ directed by Pandurang Jadhav has a similar scene. To make this scene seem natural the actors had to actually drink real alcohol.

The director had to work really hard to pull out natural performances out of the four actors of being high. Surprisingly all the actors gave a perfect performance after getting high & the whole scene was shot in one take.

Zee Marathi’s Majhya Navryachi Bayko has reached high TV ratings from the very beginning of the serial. The characters of Radhika, Gurunath, Shanaya & others have made a bond with the audiences. Some time ago another interesting character of Soumitra was added in the scheme of things!

Soumitra has been trying his best with his unusual tactics to make Gurunath realize his mistake. Soumitra has figured out that Shanaya doesn’t really love Gurunath but she loves his money.
