As we mentioned in our review of Bhaai – Vyakti Kee Valli (Purvardh), (the first part of the Pu La Deshpande biopic directed by Mahesh Manjrekar), showed the younger life of Pu La & portrayed the full of life human that Pu La was! Adding to that the second part ‘Bhaai – Vyakti Kee Valli (Uprardh)’ seems to focus more on the professional or artistic journey of Pu La! His collaborations with the best of Marathi art like Vijaya Mehta (played by Neena Kulkarni) & Bhakti Barve (Deepti Lele) can be seen in this teaser!
Sagar Deshmukh’s performance as Pu La has been thoroughly loved by the audiences as well as critics. It would now be interesting to see how he portrays the evolution of Pu La as he became a more popular writer & artist! Moreover, in this phase of Pu La’s life, there are so many events that the audiences & Pu La lovers are aware of! For example, Pu La’s equation with Balasaheb Thackeray! Along with Sagar Deshmukh, Vijay Kenkre will also be portraying Pu La (when Pu La was older).
