Rujuta Deshmukh will be replacing Mrunmayee Supal in Colors Marathi’s Tu Majha Sangati. The show telecasts at 7:30 pm on weekdays. This will be Rujuta’s return to the TV medium after a gap of three years. She was earlier seen in Sawar Re.

Tu Majha Sangat is a tv serial based on life story of Sant Tukaram. Chinmay Mandlekar is portraying the Sant Tukaram in this film. The show has completed more than 800 episodes. Mrunmayee has been playing role of Avali- wife of Tukaram in this serial. Her acting style has been appreciated by the audience. She balanced the practical and yet lovable wife and liked for her perfect dialogue delivery. It is not known why Mrunmayee has left such popular character, and why Rujuta will be replacing her. It will be interesting to see what Rujuta will bring into this character.

This is a story of a poor, fatherless girl and about Uttaran (castoffs), which she receives from the rich girl.  Soon she starts facing problems with the arrival of vile character as “Buva” in the serial. After the arrival of this character consequences will keep on happening in the melodrama.
