Music Composer-Singer turned filmmaker Dr. Salil Kulkarni surprised us with his debut film as a director ‘Wedding Cha Cinema‘ and now after it’s success he is back with another film as a director! ‘Ekda Kay Jhaale‘ his second film has been announced with the release of the poster of the film.

Ekada Kaay Jhaale is currently under production by Gajavadana Productions and Showbox Productions, and will release all over in the summer of 2020. Just like in ‘Wedding Cha Cinema’ Salil Kulkarni will be in multiple roles of writer, director and music director in this film too.

While Wedding Cha Cinema was a family romantic drama based in the backdrop of a wedding and brought back the 90s feel of wedding entertainer back in the theatres! There will be expectations from Salil Kulkarni for his second film to entertain the audiences equally or more. From the poster & title of the film we can make out that the film might be about father and son relationship and ‘stories’ in general! Only time will confirm what the film is really about!

Avadhoot Gupte has ruled on Marathi hearts for so many years now as a singer, composer and even film director! Now he is all set to add another dimension to his all-rounder abilities. He will soon be seen making his acting debut in Nishta Productions upcoming children film ‘Monkey Baat’!

Avadhoot Gupte says he had been offered acting roles long back when he starred in his own music videos, but he has always been reluctant about it as he thought it wasn’t his department! Even when Viju Mane (director of Monkey Baat) offered him a role he was reluctant but after listening to the story of the film he was excited to play the part!

The songs of the film and the dialogues of the film are written by Sandeep Khare and music is composed by Saleel Kulkarni. Presented by Akash Pendharkar, Vinod Satav, Abhay Thakur, Prasad Chavan, Shankar Konde and produced by Vivek D, Rasmi Karambelkar, Mandar Tillu and Viju Mane. ‘Monkey Baat’ is a treat for family audiences this summer holidays which releases on 18th May!

Colors Marathi has started an innovative program about Pandharpur Vari called Palkhi. The program will be broadcast everyday at 6:30 pm from 6th July onwards. The program tracks daily coverage of the Vari- a pilgrimage to Pandharpur.

Young singer Kartiki Sange and Charudutt Afale will be speaking about the spiritual journey and its historical significance.
