Zee Talkies banner “Chitrapandhari” has produced its first feature film “Madhu Ithe an Chandra Tithe” and it will be premiered on Television on 12 June on Zee Talkies. The film has been directed by Sanjay Zankar and stars newcomers Ruturaj Phadke and ShashwatiPimpalikar. This will be Zee Talkies first attempt to release a film on the Television.

The story revolves around a couple who falls in love but their parents create various problems in their love story. The pride of two cities- Kolhapur and Pune will add another dose of comedy in this situation. The film also stars Anand Ingle, Bhau Kadam, Kishor Chaugule, Shaila Kanekar, Vishakha Subhedar, Sanjay Mohite et al.

The film will be telecast on 12 June at 12 noon and at 6 pm on Zee Talkies.

Anand Ingle and Bhau Kadam will be seen in a neven seen avatar in “Madhu ithe and Chandra tithe” and theor comic battle will be the USP of this film. The film is directed by Sanjay Jhankar and it is a light-hearted comedy about a newly married couple and how they will suffer due to eccentricities of their family members.

Anand Ingle will be seen as a classical music lover and a rich industrialist Bheemsen Karkhanis and Bhau Kadam will be seen as a traditional landlord from Kolhapur Appa Kolse Patil. How these two completely different personalities will be able to tolerate each other will be seen in this film.

The story and screenplay has been written by Sunil Harishchandra. Director of Photography is Rathakant Jagtap. Editing is by Sahit Tandel. The film stars Kishor Chaugule, Shailaja Kanekar, Vishakha Subhedar, Sanjay Mohite, Ganesh Revdekar, Ravindra Tanwar along with newcomers Ruturaj Phadke and Shashwati Pimpalkar.

The film will be releasing on 12 June all over Maharashtra.
