Shrawanbaal rockstar is a tale of a youngster called Hrushikesh Tilgulkar, who wants to become a big music ditector. But, there is a big hurdle in his path of becoming a music director which is the distance between his parents. His mother Mrs. Anuradha & father Mr. Rajesh have part their ways because of music only. Since, His father has pursued his hobby of music and mother is totally against his love for music. And just then Hrushikesh grabs a job in a company. He stays in a company accommodation. He falls in love with a girl called Nitu who stays next to his place.

Nitu is a very bubbly girl by nature and loves to live in her dreams. She is in love with some R.J. Abhaas, whose show she listens to every night. And she has decided to marry Abhaas only.

Spirit- a new play written by Vijay Nikam will debut on the stage on 22 October on the occasion of Dasara. The play stars Rajesh Deshpande, Madhavi Juvekar, Sandesh Jadhav, Sandesh Upasham, Sameer Penkar, Mangesh Salvi, Shraddha Mohite and Rasika Vengurlekar et al. The play has been produced by Ashok Shigvan.

The plot of the play revolves around a rich businessman and his party in a lavish restaurant for all his staff including his peon. The play is a satirical take on the current generation’s consumerism and how it affects humanity. The set design for this play has been done by Sandesh Bendre and lights are by Sheetal Talpade. The music for the play has been given by Parikshit Bhatkhande.

The famous comic duo of Gangubai and Chhu had the audience in splits and at the same time created awareness about social issues through television soap and a play. Now the audience are in for a treat as they will get to watch the hilarious duo on the silver screen as well. The film will also sport the same title that is Kumari Gangubai Non Matric and the audience will get to see the jugalbandi between popular Marathi stars Nirmiti Sawant Vs Pandhariath Kamble and Nagesh Bhosale Vs Anand Ingale. The film is produced by Vidyadhar Pathare’s Iris Production and will be presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The story, screenplay, dialogues are written by Rajesh Deshpande who had originally penned the story, screenplay and dialogue for the serial and the play. Deshpande who had earlier directed both the television soap and the play will direct the film as well. The film will be released on September 27^th.

A decade ago the duo of Gangubai and Chhu had made their first appearance on the small screen. Gangubai solved the problems of common people in her own signature style and Chhu helped her out. Gangubai’s generous nature and her expertise in solving varied problems in the playful manner had made her quite popular among the audience. As a weekly soap, Gangubai had even created a record for doing more episodes as compared to other weekly soaps. Later the play which was adapted from the television soap and starred the same actors as the teleserial had also received tremendous response from the audience.

Now after gaining remarkable popularity in both the mediums now the duo of Gangubai and Chu will make a grand entry on the silver screen. One central theme with the same star cast presenting in all three mediums that is Television, theatre and films by the same producer – director duo is also a kind of record created by team Gangubai. In the television soap and play, while solving the social problems, Gangubai had tried to make a comment on the social issues in satirical manner. In the film Gangubai will solve the social problems through politicians. To solve the problems of the common man Gangubai is going to stand for the elections. Writer-director Rajesh Deshpande is known for through knowledge of political and social issues and his trademark style of creating hilarious situations by taking jibes on the system. The audience will get to see many such hilarious scenes in the film.

The music of the film is composed by Shailendra Barve and the lyrics are penned by Rajesh Deshpande. Sujit Kumar and Rajesh Bidve had done the choreographed the dance sequences in the film. Ace Cinematographer Sanjay Jadhav who is noted for his signature style has handled the cinematography. The film is presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures who had earlier presented successful films like the first 3D Marathi film  Zapatlela 2 and 72 Miles Ek Pravas. Vidhyadhar Pathare’s Iris Production which has earlier produced Kumari Gangubai Non Matric, Agnishikha and many other popular Television soaps has produced the film. Kumari Gangubai Non Matricwill be released in all over Maharashtra on September 27^th.

छोट्या पडद्यावरील मालिका आणि रंगभूमीवरील नाटक अशा माध्यमातून प्रेक्षकांना खळखळून हसवणारीआणि सोबत सामाजिक भानही जपणारी गंगुबाई आणि छु या जोडगोळीची धमाल आता मोठ्या पडद्यावर बघायला मिळणार आहे.

छोट्या पडद्यावरील मालिका आणि रंगभूमीवरील नाटक अशा माध्यमातून प्रेक्षकांना खळखळून हसवणारीआणि सोबत सामाजिक भानही जपणारी गंगुबाई आणि छु या जोडगोळीची धमाल आता मोठ्या पडद्यावरबघायला मिळणार आहे. ‘कुमारी गंगुबाई नॉन मॅट्रिक‘ याच नावाने येणाऱ्या या चित्रपटात निर्मिती सावंतआणि पंढरीनाथ कांबळे सोबत नागेश भोसले आणि आनंद इंगळे यांच्या अभिनयाचीही विनोदी जुगलबंदीबघायला मिळणार आहे. विद्याधर पाठारे यांच्या ‘आयरिस प्रोडक्शन’ची निर्मिती असलेल्या या चित्रपटाचीप्रस्तुती ‘व्हायकॉम १८’ ची असणार आहे. मालिका आणि नाटकाप्रमाणे या चित्रपटाची कथा-पटकथा-संवाद -दिग्दर्शन राजेश देशपांडे यांचं असणार आहे. २७ सप्टेंबर पासून हा चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीस येत आहे.

Music Release Function of Sagar Bangera Production’s KUNI GHAR DETA KA GHAR starring Bharat Jadhav  and Kranti Redkar was held at Hotel Rangsharda, Bandra last evening. Vetaran’s from the Industry Viju Khote, Deepak Shirke, Kishore Pradhan, Shubhangi Latkar, were present with Producer Hemant Bangera. Directed Rajesh Deshpande was seen mingling with singers Prajakta Shukra, Neha Rajpal and Urmila Dangar and Music Director Rohan. MLA Vijay Shivtare did the honours of releasing the Music.

Leading Lady of the film Kranti Redkar stole the limelight.Her co-star Bharat Jadhav could not make it to the event. On the occasion of the music release of the Kuni Ghar Deta ka Ghar Director Rajesh Deshpande said “I am thrilled for the film and the music has turned out really well. I wanted a very youthful and energetic scores and Rohan has done the work more than my expectations.”

The film is being produced by Hemant Bangera under the banner of Sagar Bangera Production and co-produced by Sheela Mangesh Jagtap of Sheela Films. Kuni Ghar Deta ka Ghar is slated to release on 28th June 2013.
