Miss Match, a film about arrange marriage, love, feelings and emotions present a fresh new face, Mrinmayee Kolwakar. Recently, the music launch ceremony of this movie happened at a star studded event. Music composer AvdhutGupte, actor UdayTikekar and cast and crew of the film was present for this event.

This is the first production of Gold Coin Entertainment by Alok Shrivastava and debut film of Girish Vasaikar. Vasaikar has already made his name as a director in the TV serials. The music for the movie is composed by Neeraj and lyrics are penned by Dr. Ashish Panat.

Avdhut Gupte has rendered his voice for a song in the film and said, “When this song was offered to me, I came to know that music composer is completely new name. I requested him to send a track of the song for me to understand whether he has an idea about my voice pitch. However, I liked the track immediately and was ready to sing this song.”
Story-screenplay and dialogues are written by Nitin Dixit. The songs are sung by legendary singer Asha Bhosle, Bela Shende, Hariharan, Sonu Nigam and Avdhut Gupte. The other crew includes, Cinematography by Bharani Kanan, Chorography by Ganesh Acharya.

The star cast of the film has Bhushan Pradhan, Mrinmayee Kolwalkar, Uday Tikekar, Bhau Kadam, Jaywant Bhalekar. The movie releases on 12 December across Maharashtra.

Mrinmai Kolwalkar, a face known by many TV commercials will be seen in upcoming Marathi film ‘Miss Match‘. This will be model-turned-actress debut movie opposite Bhushan Pradhan. The film is directed by Girish Vasaikar and scheduled to release in November.

It was a rare site for those who were present at the live recording session of legendary singer Asha Bhosle’s latest song for an upcoming Marathi film ‘Miss Match’.

One of India’s most iconic singer took to the mic for playback after a long time. As she crooned a melodious track for filmmaker Alok Shrivastava’s Marathi film ‘Miss Match’ at a recording studio in Mumbai.

“I always like to do something different in every song. The trademark Asha Bhosle style has to reflect somewhere and I am very happy with the way this song has turned out,” said the elated 80-year-old diva, who has given us numerous hits and won countless awards over the last seven decades.

Flanked by film’s leading lady Mrinmai Kolwalkar and producer and creative director Alok Shrivastava, Asha Bhosle looked resplendent in a light blue saree.

We are sure millions of Ashaji’s fans will now be waiting to hear the song in her magical voice.
