Zee Marathi’s upcoming serial ‘Jadubai Jorat’ is about one such middle aged woman who has to face this inferior behaviour being an overweight person. The serial stars one of the most talented Marathi actors of our time Nirmiti Sawant! The telecast begins from 24th July every Monday to Saturday at 1 pm in the afternoon!

Yes after ruling over the evening prime time slot, Zee Marathi is taking Marathi entertainment to the next level by starting exclusive serials in the matinee slot! Along with Nirmiti Sawant & Kishori Shahane starrer “Jadubai Jorat’, ‘Jago Mohan Pyare’ starring Atul Parchure, Supriya Pathare & Shruti Marathe will also be shown in this afternoon slot!

Story Outline :

Beauty is not what appears on the exterior, however it is what is within. The story is about a typical Home maker (Jui) who has sacrificed all her interests for her family. During the process, she neglects herself and her personal appearance too. Until one day Mallika, an up-class lady & an old friend to Jui, challenges her to become fit & reduce weight. Will Jui accept the challenge & make the impossible possible?

It’ll be interesting to see Nirmiti Sawant in this unique simple minded character who wishes to lose weight but instead seems to fail in all her attempts. One of Nirmiti Sawant’s popular play was titled ‘Jau Bai Jorat’ & now this serial’s title presents an interesting twist to it.
