At first, we saw him hosting television shows & web shows & now he is all set to make his debut as a film director with ‘Wedding Cha Shinema‘.

‘Wedding Cha Shinema’ is a multi-starrer magnum opus by Salil Kulkarni where he explores the whole fun-filled Maharashtrian wedding scenario through the idea of a documentary being made on the lives of the bride & groom. Starring Rucha Inamdar & Shivraj Waichal as the bride & the groom & a brigade of stars from Mukta Barve, Shivaji Satam, Bhau Kadam, Pravin Tarde, Alka Kubal, Sunil Barve, Ashwini Kalsekar & Sankarshan Karhade in important roles!

The trailer of the film truly gives vibes of a ‘Rajashri style’ family entertainer but with a Marathi flavor. Every actor cast in their respective parts looks fit in it & together their chemistry is evident from the trailer. Moreover as expected the songs of the film are very catchy & fun. Story Outline : 

The promos of Zee Yuva’s new fantasy serial ‘Deva Shappath’ have excited the audiences completely. In the midst of mythological serials on Indian television, ‘Deva Shappath’ is presenting ‘God’ or ‘Krishna’ aka ‘Krish’ in front of our audiences. There are two kinds of ideologies in our culture one who believe in the existence of god & one who do not. There are also some who find god in the nature itself, while some find gods in the idols. This serial though is maintaining a balance between atheism & strong theism.

Modern day god (who wears today’s fashionable clothes, speaks English & even uses gadgets) ‘Krish’ played by Kshitish Date arrives on earth to meet his atheist devotee Shlok played by Sankarshan Karhade. What happens after that? For that we’ll have to regularly keep watching ‘Deva Shappath’ on Zee Yuva every Monday to Saturday 9:30 pm.

This week on ‘ChalaHawaYeuDya’ first on Monday we saw the team of ‘Dhyanimani’. And on Tuesday we can witness the valentine’s special episode with special Marathi ‘Jodis’. On Monday we saw actors from ‘Dhyanimani’; Mahesh Manjrekar, Ashwini Bhave, Abhijit Khandkekar, Mrunmayee Deshpande, writer Prashant Dalvi & director Chandrakant Kulkarni. Medha Manjrekar the producer of the film too was present. On this occasion the members of ‘Thukratwadi’ performed a fantastic spoof on Ashwini Bhave’s film ‘Halad Rusli Kunku Hasla’.

On Tuesday in the Valentine’s special ‘Chala Hawa Yeu Dya’ have special guest couples! They include Chinmay Udgirkar, Sankarshan Karhade & Abhijit Khandkekar along with their respective wives. Dr. Nilesh Sable has a special connection with all three of them! They all were a part of Zee Marathi’s talent hunt show ‘Maharashtracha Superstar’!

Many audiences still remember that fantastic show & now they will gifted with many nostalgic memories of it shared by all of them in this episode of ‘Chala Hawa Yeu Dya!
