Film Director Samrudhhi Porey has created a name for her in the industry with her impactful films. Films that include Nana Patekar starrer ‘Dr. Prakash Baba Amte’ & ‘Mala Aai Vhaychay’ & they bring out Samruddhi Pore’s social connect. Now through Zee Marathi’s ‘The Real Hero – Katha Samruddhichya’ show Samrudhhi Pore will work towards betterment of our society.

Presented by Rizwan Aadatiya Foundation & produced by Samruddhi Cineworld the new show ‘The Real Hero – Katha Samrudhhichya’ has started its telecast on Zee Marathi every Sunday morning 11.30 am from 9^th July! Samrudhhi Pore herself will be hosting the show! She feels this show will entertain the audience & even inspire them by good values.

Many scholars, living legends are around us. Learning about their life experiences is very inspiring. This talk show intends to spread their ideas among the common audiences. During the talk show a portrait will also be prepared & by the end of the show a message by that personality will be written on it. The amount received by selling the portrait will be donated for the benefit of our society.

Hemalkasa, a distant and remote village in Gadchiroli district of Maharashta. Away from any civic amenities, medical facilities, transport the tribal in this village lived a very difficult life. Dr. Prakash Amte and his wife had a vision to change this scenario. Their hard-work, dedication and selfless service has made that dream come true. “Dr. Prakash Amte- The real hero” showcases this amazing journey to the audience. The movie is produced and directed by Adv. Samruddhe Pore. Nana Patekar and Sonali Kulkarni will be seen as Dr. Prakash and Dr.Mandakini in this biopic. The film will be released on October 10. The film is presented by Zee Talkies and Essel Vision.

Baba Amte has always considered Nana Patekar as his son. Nana has been an integral part of Hemalkasa and Lokbiradari project. For him, this role was special and close to his heart. Various film festivals have praised his acting in this film. The role of Baba Amte has been portrayed by veteran actor Dr. Mohan Agashe. Lyrics are by Guru Thakur and Music by Rahul Ranade.

Synopsis :
Nobody knows that someone is living an amazing life in one corner of the world with wild animals with his mission which is a beautiful example for the world.
A storyline showcasing an individual who was unaware of his destination but became an inspiration to the world by teaching the epitome of self actualization.
After finishing his doctor degree, Prakash’s father Baba Amte, took him on a picnic to Hemalkasa ,but that was not only a picnic but a turning point in prakash’s life. He became restless seeing that, on one hand people had reached the moon while here still people were living as animals. They use to hunt and sleep under the tree. Prakash went there just to treat them but became a part of them.
Dr.Mandakini and Prakash loved each other from collage days. Leaving her luxurious life behind, she decided to accompany Prakash without any condition.
This is where the real story begins in the dense forest of Hemalkasa. There struggle with tribals, struggle with wild animal, struggle with Naxalites and corrupt government officials.
But today after 45 years of struggle, Hemalkasa has become an example to the world.
The story is unbelievable but…. it is true!

International Marathi Film Festival (IMFF) which felicitates the Marathi films on international level will be held in Mauritius very soon. The renowned festival which will be organised joint collaboration by Shardul Creations and CMA Foundation at Mauritius in June is already creating waves in the film industry. The unveiling ceremony of the Trophy of the International Marathi Film Festival recently took place in a grand function in Mumbai by Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray. Prominent personalities from various fields were present at the function such as Shirish Rane of Shardul Creations, Virendra Ramdhan, President of Hinu House Mauritius, Chairman of Best Committee Nana Ambole, MLA Pankaj Bhujbal, director cum actor Vijay Patkar, Chairman of Mhada Prasad Lad, President of Maharashtra Vyapari Peth Anant Bhalekar, Mahendra Singh of Tirupati Balaji Group, Pareshji Seth of CMA group, Rahul Patil from R.R.Group, L.C.Pujari of Alta Vista,Actor Adesh Bandekar. Many renowned personalities from film industry such as noted producer cum director Mahesh Kothare, Singer Padmaja Phenani, Vaishali Samant, singer Sudesh Bhosale, Swapnil Bandodkar, actor Jitendra Joshi, Sunil Barve,Vijay Kadam, Jaywant Wadkar, Hrishikesh Joshi, Abhijit Kelkar, Sushant Shelar, Paddy Kamble, actor Nisha Parulekar, director Samruddhi Porey were also present.

Many cultural programmes will also be organised in the International Marathi Film festival.
