Ka Re Durava serial bagged nine awards including best serial at the recently held Zee Marathi Awards. Best Male character was won by Khandoba (Devdatta Nage) of Jai Malhar and Best Female character was won by Mhalsa (Surabhi Hande) and Banu (Isha Keskar) from the same serial. Best Family was given to Dil Dosti Duniyadari. The star-studded grand event will be telecast on Zee Marathi on 1 Nonmember at 7 pm.

Best non-fiction program award was given to Chala Hava Yeoo dya.

The program was hosted by Ashu (Pushkaraj Chirputkar) and Kaivaly (Amey Wagh) from the hit serial Dil Dosti Duniyadari. The event also had dance performance on super hit songs by various characters from Zee Marathi serials.

“Ka re Durawa” a new television serial about a complicated relationship of husband and wife will be starting at 9 pm on Zee Marathi from 18 August. This light-hearted soap aims to capture the audience with this after marriage cute love-story and dynamics of the couple. The main lead in played by Suyash Tilak and Suruchi Adarkar. Along with this couple Rajan Bhise, Arun Nalavade, Sunil Tawade, Vishakha Subhedar will also be seen as a supporting cast. As a special surprise for the TV audience, Subodh Bhave will be returning to small screen after a gap of six years in this series. The series is produced by Film Farm.

The story revolves around a middleclass couple and their loving family. Due to some circumstances this couple has to stay away from their family. This takes a new turn in their relationship as they have to pretend to be strangers in front of everyone. Though they are very much in love, these new situations test strength of their love.
