Zee Yuva’s Sangeet Samrat season was hugely loved by the viewers and now it is all set to make a comeback with season 2. The show has undergone some new changes and will appear in a completely new avatar. The show will welcome talents from all over Maharashtra to come and display their musical skills on stage.

One of the major changes in this year’s show format is the introduction of Captains. The captains will be none other than the mentors who will help the contestants grow ahead in the competition. The first episode will highlight the basic selection process of the participants and division of the teams. The captains get to choose who they wish to keep on their team. An introduction to the entirely new concept is what will be the main focus of the initial episodes.

With judges like Adarsh Shinde and Rahul Deshpande, the contestants are definitely under safe hands. A nationwide hunt to scout for Maharashtra’s most talented musicians and singers began earlier this month across 6 cities namely – Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Pune, Mumbai, Nashik and Nagpur. Dil Dosti Duniyadari recently celebrated a rock concert at Ganesh Kala Krida Rangmanch in Pune. The concert was well attended by College-goers as the entire star cast of the show was present. Juili Joglekar and her Agamya Band performed along with actors playing roles of Reshma, Sujay, Meenal, Ashutosh, Kaivalya, and Anna.

The event was hosted by Ashutosh (Pushkar Chirputkar), Amey Wagh (Kaivalya) played Yaaron Dostee Badi Hansee hai. Swanandi Tikekar (Meenal) performed Ab Ke Saawan Aise Barse and Suvrat Joshi (Sujay) performed Dooba Doob Rahta Hoon. The climax of the evening was dance performances by all the six friends on Pattakha Guddi and Pura London Thumakda.

Zee TV plans to take this rock concert in various cities as a promotional tour for the show.

Dil Dosti Duniyadari – a serial on Zee Marathi has already reached new heights of popularity. The show has hit the chords with the college-going youth. The producers are now set to take this step further by starting a rock concert in various colleges. A rock concert has been arranged at Ganesh Kala Krida Rangmanch, Pune on 30th July at 5:30 pm. The concert is free for the entire college students who are carrying pass and the Identity card of the college.

The concert will have blockbuster performances by Juilee Joglekar, winner of Zee Saregamapa and her band Agamya. The entire starcast of the 3D – Sujay, Laivalya, Ashutosh, Anna, Meenal and Reshma will be part of this concert and they will also be performing.
The concert will be first in the many upcoming concerts in the various colleges of Maharashtra.

Juilee Joglekar is a new winner of music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Sur Navya Yougacha 2014. Juliee is a 17 years old girl from Pune city won the most prestigious title in music reality show.

The highlight of the event was when Hariharan, who was the cheif guest for the event, performed a ‘jugalbandi’ with Taufiq Qureshi.

While Juilee took away the winner’s crown, Jayant Pansare and Reshma Kulkarni won the second and third positions in the competition.
