After successfully launching several music channels in regional languages, Media Worldwide is ready to enter Marathi music world with their new channel- Sangeet Marathi.

The channel head Deepak Dewoolkar has commented that the channel not only aims to broadcast Marathi music but also wishes to create a platform for budding singers and musicians. The programs on the channel will include some reality based programming as well.

Bal Kolhatkar has ruled Marathi theatre for more than four decades. His most famous family drama “Vegal Vhayachay Mala” will be telecast on Zee Marathi Nakshatra on 13 July.

The cast includes Nivedita Saraf, Jayant Savarkar, Deepak Deoolkar, Lokesh Gupte, Milind Phatak, Sharwari Patankar.

The drama is about a typical middle class family affected by money and ambition. How this family will overcome such problems? This play will be telecast on Sunday 13 July at 2 pm on Zee Marathi.
