Mukta Barve, Smita Tambe and Kishor Kadam were the integral part of National award winning film Jogwa will be seen once again together for new film Ganvesh. Atul Jagdale is known name in cinematography has decided to venture into production and direction with this film.

The story of the film revolves around a brick making day laborers and their only son. The son is selected for an elocution competition. However, he is required to wear an uniform for this event. How this couple struggles to fulfil this very basic need will be seen in this film. The film portrays fight of a financially weak society in a very novel way.

Story screenplay and dialogues of the film are written by Tejas Ghadge. Rajendra Kulkarni and Shailendra Ghadge are executive producers. Art direction is by Dnyandeo Indulkar and editing by Rajesh Rao. Background music is scored by Mangesh Dhakde. Guru Thakur has penned the lyrics and Nandesh Umap and Urmila Dhangar has sung these songs. Sound recording is by Manish and costume designing by Smita Koli.
