Maharashtra Celebrity Cricket League is this year being played at Thane’s newly renovated Dadaji Konddev Stadium! And more importantly, the whole event will be live streamed on MarathiStars.com’s Facebook page! The tournament will be played over the period of three days; 1st, 2nd & 3rd February! The event is created by Thane Municipal Corporation & director Viju Mane, Akash Pendharkar & Swapnil Juvatkar.

Dignitaries like Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister Eknath Shinde, Mayor Meenakshi Tai Shinde, Thane’s Municipal commissioner Sanjeev Jaiswal, chairman of Municipal Corporation’s education committee Vikas Repale, ex-cricketer & commentator Sanjay Manjrekar, international cricketer Abhishek Nayar, & national cricketer Raju Kulkarni are present for the event.

There are six teams in the Maharashtra Celebrity Cricket League (MCCL); ‘Mumbaiche Mavale’ led by director-actor Sanjay Jadhav, ‘Banedar Thane’ led by Superstar Ankush Chaudhari, ‘Kokanche Wagh’ led by the super energetic Siddharth Jadhav, ‘Khatarnak Mulshi’ led by the iconic Pravin Tarde, ‘Parakrami Pune’ led by the chocolate boy hero Saurabh Gokhale & ‘Ladhvayye Media’ led by Bavesh Janavlekar (Head of Zee Talkies & Zee Yuva). The opening match will be between Mumbaiche Mavale & Banedar Thane! This match & all the other matches over the period of three days from now can be watched live here:
