Zee Marathi broke many borders of T.V. entertainment by launching a multi-lingual serial like ‘Kahe Diya Pardes’. The serial has major characters speak in Marathi & some in Hindi. In a way not only did Shiv & Gauri came together, but also the audiences of both languages & cultures came together.
Rishi Saxena & Sayali Sanjeev became household names & all the actors from Mohan Joshi, Shubhangi Gokhale to Sameer Khandekar & others too were loved by all. The Kahe Diya Pardes team recently celebrated their one year anniversary by throwing a bash for all the team members.
The audiences have developed a very special bond with the characters of this serial. Since the audiences too have been through the whole emotional journey from Shiv & Gauri falling in love, getting married to tackling every new obstacle that comes their way to break their relationship, but the relationship has only grown stronger just as the audiences have been strongly connected with them.
